kato09 One of my favorite releases of 2022. It's a f*cking beast this split, there is no break at all for the listener to relax from these 30 minutes of pure harsh aggression. Masonna presents his formula that I love so much, on the other hand, Prurient shines on this release. It feels like the two are in complete sync, as if the two are on the same stage.

Christopher Arnett Features some of my favorite offerings from Masonna ever. I really enjoy Prurient's more atmospheric work (Frozen Niagara Falls / Rainbow Mirror), but this album demonstrates his unique skill to create punishingly harsh noise eruptions that is up to the task of punctuating Masonna's intensity. Few can reach the heights of the Japanese God of noise, but listening to this made me realize just how overdue this collaboration was. I particularly like the two final pieces by each artist.

William Kowalsky Wild unfettered noise of the most blissful kind. This is a new Masonna release, is there anything more to say to the faiithful? (The Prurient tracks are real good too)

I cannot praise this album enough. This album is absolutely terrifying! The many starts and stops creates this very h settling tension. Each start expands on the stopper idea previously. It’s like the music equivalent of walking through thick fog while passing out multiple times throughout trying to find a place to orientate yourself. There may or may not be something sinister in that fog, but you don’t want to stick around to find out. Bought the vinyl so I summon the fog demons through spe showhornwithteeth
